He was born December 16, 1956 in Pekin to Walter Frank “Bud” and Patricia Jean (Crapnell) Robinson. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Randy Robinson.
Surviving is one brother, Thomas (Julie) Robinson of Mapleton.
Frank last worked as a security guard at Keystone Steel and Wire Company in Bartonville.
He was a member of Peoria Players and enjoyed taking his houseboat on the river with his friends. He also loved animals.
There are no scheduled services at this time. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
