

He was born October 19, 1998 in Pekin to Earl Bradley and Christina Diana (Wallis) Camp.
Surviving are his father, Brad Camp of Manito; his mother and step-father, Christy and Nate Otey of Pekin; four brothers, Scott Camp of Marquette Heights, Brayden Camp, Kaleb Otey, and Brantley Kessler, all of Pekin; three sisters, Cayla Wallis and Morgan Camp, both of Pekin, and Hailee Flaherty of Manito; grandparents, Sharon Camp of Manito, Vickie and J.T. Tarvin of Pekin, Kim and Tom Brady of Pekin, and Jeff Otey of Alamosa, Colorado; great-grandparents, Joyce Douglas and William Sutton, both of Pekin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mia Wallis; grandfather, Earl “Sonny” Camp; and great-grandmother, Patricia Sutton.
Blake had completed his sophomore year at Pekin Community High School. He participated in baseball during his freshman year and swimming during both his freshman and sophomore years. He previously attended Edison Junior High School in Pekin and played on both the basketball and baseball teams for both years.
Blake enjoyed martial arts and was associated with Central Illinois Combat Club in Canton. He was very energetic and was always on the move. He enjoyed hanging with his family and friends.
A public visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
Funeral services and burial will be private. The Rev. W. Lloyd Brock will officiate.
