Born July 29, 1921 in rural Manito to Lloyd Vernon and Cora Leora (Chase) Hutton, she married Leo Edward Hamann on November 24, 1940 in Canton, Missouri. He died March 9, 1945 in Italy during World War II. She later married Wilbert Alvin Hamann on August 17, 1946 in Pekin. He died November 24, 2005 in Pekin. She also was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Coralee A. Fisher on September 4, 2003 in Pekin; one great-granddaughter; two brothers and one son-in-law, Alan Fisher.
Surviving are one son, Philip K. Hamann of Green Valley; five grandchildren, Chris (Rhonda) Fisher, Amanda Hamann, both of Green Valley, Kent (Mary) Fisher of Mapleton, Keith (Gayle) Fisher of Sweetser, Indiana and Leanne Hamann of Pekin; ten great-grandchildren and one sister, Grace Hoerr of Pekin.
Anna previously worked at American Distilling Company in Pekin on the bottling line.
She was a member of St. John’s (Sand Prairie) Lutheran Church in rural Green Valley.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. Pastor Chris Sansom will officiate.
Arrangements are by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
