Virginia was preceded in death by her father, William Christian Seay Jr., and her mother, Ann Virginia Ripley Seay.
Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Beverley Seay; stepbrother, Edgar Owen Maddox and wife Sharon; and 3 feline companions that she loved like her children.
Virginia enjoyed going dancing with her sister and had a lengthy career as an accountant.
Per the decedents request there will be no services.
