Ruth Ethridge

A graduate of Christian College, Ruth began her music teaching career at the age of 16, and continued teaching in some capacity until she was almost 100. Her life was devoted to her family, her music, and her church family at Eastside Baptist Church in Pearl. She was also an honorary member of First Baptist Church Covington.

In addition to her children, she will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Stacey Robertson, Samuel Joseph Riggan, Dori Traina, Denise Songer, and Doug Trepagnier, and great-grandchildren, Jeffrey and Jason Songer, Emily Traina, Lane and Colton Riggan, Erin Marie and Brett Robinson.

Visitation will be 4:00-7:00pm, Thursday, September 29, 2016, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 2:00pm, Friday, September 30, 2016, in the funeral home chapel with interment in Lakewood Memorial Park.
