He was born September 24, 1961, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, a son of the late Ralph D. Moody, Sr. and Edna Rowell Moody.
Mr. Moody served our country with the U.S. Army. His congenial and affable personality and sharp mind for business served him well during his lengthy career in hotel management.
During his free time he was most content simply relaxing with family and friends over a cup of coffee.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Razunas Moody; daughter, Jennifer Holmes; brother, Jerry Moody; and step-son, Wallace Lamar Sullivan.
Survivors include sisters, Robbin Lyon, Leslie Moody, and Teena Moody; brother, Wayne Moody; step-daughter, Michelle Tatum; sister-in-law, Patricia Rutherford; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
