Jane was the beloved daughter of Jesse Lee Rogers and Carolyn Pleasant Rogers, both of whom preceded her in death. Following the loss of her parents, Jane moved to Katy, Texas, to live with her brother Terry Rogers and his wife Teresa. She spent 15 years in Katy before the family relocated to Salina, Kansas.
Jane was known for her sparkling smile and her deep love for family, friends, and children. She embraced life with a sense of adventure and a steadfast faith that inspired those around her.
Her favorite saying, "We're going to enjoy life here and really enjoy life in Heaven," reflected her joyful spirit and devotion to Jesus.
She is survived by her brother Terry Rogers and his wife Teresa Rogers. Jane’s presence brought light and warmth to all who knew her, leaving behind cherished memories that will be treasured forever.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Trinity Methodist Cemetery, Smith County Road 120, Raleigh, Mississippi. A Celebration of Life will follow on
Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Residence 600 Dining Room, located at 600 E Elm Street, Salina, Kansas.
Arrangements are under the care of Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, Mississippi.
Jane’s legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to those she leaves behind.
