Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Jay Gardner; stepfather, J.W. Gardner; and mother, Mavis Gardner. Larry is survived by his aunt, Martha Eldridge (Van); children, Daniel Adams, and Kristen Chappell (Toby); and his grandchildren, Riley Young, Gaige Young, and Ashlynn Chappell, who were the greatest joy of his life.
Known for his quick wit and sarcastic personality, Larry was a lover of music, film, and sport. He served customers in the auto parts industry across four decades, and enlightened every life he touched. He will be missed dearly by so many.
Visitation will be held from 1:30pm until 2:30pm, Friday, January 13, 2023, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will follow at 3:00pm at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
