Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Mr. Bobo proudly served our country with the U.S. Army for 12 years. In the early years of his career he was employed with Colonial Bakery, which is where he was working when he met his beloved wife, Mavis. He retired after 30 years of service with Sears in sales for the paint, small appliance and hardware departments. Mr. Bobo was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Pearson Baptist Church in Pearl. In his free time he enjoyed working in his yard and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Mavis Tollison Bobo; daughter, Lori Polk; son Ricky Bobo and wife Susan; sister, Willa Woodruff; brother, Bill Bobo and wife Marit; grandchildren, Lance Pickle and wife Grace, Spencer Murray, Amy Wallace and husband Lyle, and Samuel Bobo and wife Vickie; and great-grandchildren, Chloe Pickle, Jordan Murray, Leigh Wallace, Anna Wallace, Cale Wallace, Allison Bobo, and Haiden Bobo.
