Diane, this is Bonnie Smith. You and I were friends years ago in Pearl before you moved to TX. I dreamed about you last night and looked you up this morning out of curiosity wondering where you might be living now. Saw Chad's name, clicked on it and couldn't believe that he had passed in 2014. I am so sorry to hear that. I had no idea. I saw all the pictures. It looks like he had a full and happy life. Again I am so sorry and just know my heart is breaking for you and your family. I remember him as a little boy and he was so sweet. Just wanted to offer a message to you with love.

Chad was our next door neighbor and became our good friend. His smile was so beautiful and his heart so genuine! We were blessed to know him and call him friend. My deepest condolences to his family! As I selected a few childhood photos of Chad with some of his cousins, I remembered the sparkle, energy, enthusiasm, and good heart that Chad brought to any gathering.  My heart and love go out to Diane and the rest of Chad's family.

I still can't believe this happened and I am so sorry!!  I haven't seen Chad in many many years but no parent should ever have to out live their child.  He was a very handsome man and I'm sure he will be greatly missed. I will be thinking of the family and sending hugs your way. Love u.

Chad will always and forever hold an enormous space in my heart that nobody will ever fill. He was always there for me and truly a best friend. He always would say hi when I would get into his car and ask for a kiss on his cheek, and then would turn so we kissed lips. His smile was beyond beautiful and just perfect like he was. I knew Chad from middle school we didn't become good friends until after high school where we shared great moments together. There were times when we use to argue and fight like friends do but we always seemed to reconcile are differences, we always had each others back, we always went everywhere together, tearing up the nights and making great memories. We had a four man crew Chad Pace, Eric Gomez, and Chris Cuellar they are all my brothers and all my best friends. So Chad my brother my friend you will be missed and I love you. To his family my thoughts and prayers go out to you.
