Sissy, I am so sorry for your loss I just heard. One of the hardest things in life is losing your mother but I remember the first time I met her. I saw the love she had for you and that you had for her. She was a beautiful lady and I could tell how much you cared for her . I hope and pray as I get of age, I have a daughter that will take care of me the way I seeing you take care of your mother. She was truly blessed to have you as a daughter and you are blessed to have her as your mother.      A Mother holds her children’s hands for a while but there hearts forever . Such sad news of Ms Carolyn's passing. Yet, I know where she is and how happy she was to see Hubby and Chrissy again.  2nd Corinthians 
 5:7 -8  "Absence from the body id presence with the Lord".  Sissy,   my prayers for your peace and comfort knowing your love and constant care of your Mom will be rewarded. Sissy, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother.  I would so enjoy listening to the stories about yours and Karen's  lunches with your Mama when I come for a haircut with Karen, I always admired the way you and Karen would have lunch with her everyday.  You were a great daughter to her.  Again, I am so sorry to hear of your Mama's passing.  We are praying for you and your family during this difficult  time.

Sissy, I’m so sorry for your loss.I’ve been trying to think of words to say. I know nothing I can say will ease the pain you feel. I can say that I so admire how well you took care of your mom. I can only hope that I would take care of mine when the time comes, half as well as you did. Every time I think of your mom it brings a smile to my face. She was a mess. I thank the Lord that she knew him as her savior. We are praying for y’all continually .

I didn’t know Ms Carolyn, but her daughter Sissy has been my friend for many years and what a wonderful caregiver she has been to her mother. 
I can sure say that she has  done what Exodus 20:12 has told us we should do. 
“Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord you God is giving you.”

Mrs Carolyn Palmer was a joy to be around. Funny, loving, and adorable . Was always such a pleasure to be with. We will always see her through her daughter Sissy ….. Lord knows that they were two peas in a pod.

Carylon will be greatly missed by many. She brought much love joy and laughter to my life in many ways. It was honor to watch the way Sissy cared for and loved her precious momma. We all can only pray that the end of our journey that we have a Sissy in our lives!

Mamaw we love and miss you! You have always been one of a kind… you told us like it was growing up and for that we appreciate you! You are loved so much and missed… my kids loved their great Grandmaw , and I loved my Mamaw… we  will miss you so much. We know you are happy in the arms of Jesus and no longer suffering from this place on earth…. You were here for such a short time .. but made such a beautiful blessing on us all. We will miss you greatly , but  knowing you are with papaw and Jesus we find comfort.  We love you Mamaw and will miss you until we all meet again.

Caroline was one of the most spirited ladies I’ve ever meet ! Full  love and life and funny beyond measure! She was beautiful inside and out! Her Daughter Sissy Matheny devoted herself to taking care of her mother ! She loved her beyond measure, and only cared about her heath and happiness and well being! Caroline was so comical, she always had something funny to say ! She will be missed and adored always ! And to Sissy Matheny , it was my honor to get to know her because if you ! You are and always will be the best daughter a mother could ask for ! For all of your co-workers and a personal friend! We love you for how you took care of your mother ! Carolyn Palmer your light in this world was so big and bright. You cared for your family so much. You have always had a servants heart. Sissy surely takes after you. She loved you with all of her heart and soul. You were her very best friend, her partner in crime, her ride or die. You blessed and took care of each other and Brian. Maggie will miss her person!! But you know we will love them so much!!! Thank you for loving us all. You have been a little momma for us all , we have been so blessed to love you and  to be  loved by you was a gift.
