Edith Carol Sharp, 80, passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 at her home. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 6-9pm at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be held at 10am Thursday in the funeral home chapel with interment at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Sharp was born in Newton, MS. She is a long time resident of Pearl and a member of Pearl United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter "Lamar" Sharp.
Mrs. Sharp is survived by her sons, Dale Sharp (Penny) of Tupelo, Glen Sharp (Kay) and Gary Sharp all of Houston, TX and Jeff Sharp of Pearl; grandchildren, David, Stacey and Calvin Sharp, Robin Nanney, Abbie Carlson, Jarred Sharp, Michael Sanders and Collin Sharp; and great-grandchildren, Ella, Cole and Hunter.
