She was the daughter of John Gloster and Esther Lee Camp McLemore of Hattiesburg MS and was born in Hattiesburg on January 13, 1941. She is predeceased by her brother, Bobby McLemore, sister Sally Cameron, her son, Billy Mead Tumlin Jr., and her daughters Robin Ann Hails and Karen Elizabeth Sumrall.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathron Lynn Ball of Waco TX, seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, plus a host of nieces and nephews.
She was a long-time employee of Trustmark Bank and EDS in Jackson. She was known to friends and colleagues for her sweet smile and manner.
Ms. Branum’s family wishes to thank the staff of Stone County Rehab & Nursing Center (Alzheimer’s Unit), in Wiggins for their loving and meticulous care they gave to Ms. Branum over the past 3 years.
Graveside Services will be held at 3:00pm, Thursday, October 3rd, 2024, at Green's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 711 Old Richton Road in Petal, Mississippi.
