Malcolm “Mac” Wilder Forte IV, age 20 of Peachtree City, GA passed away on December 24, 2013. He was born on September 20, 1993 to Malcolm & Renee Forte in Columbus, GA., and moved to Peachtree City, GA in 2003. He was a graduate of McIntosh High School in 2012. He participated in wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu and was an avid golfer. Mac worked with World of Décor. He loved his dog, Rudy, as well as, the Atlanta Braves. He was a loving son, grandson, and brother.
Mac is survived by his parents, Malcolm & Lynn Forte (PTC) and Renee Schiavone Forte of Columbus; his brothers, Benjamin “Ben” Rocco Forte and Clayton Schiavone Forte of (PTC); sister, Tera Bains and her husband, Pete; nephew, Jack Bains (PTC); grandparents, Ramona Forte (PTC) and Dale & Kay Schiavone, both of Columbus; his favorite aunt, Michelle Schiavone of Columbus, uncle, Rocco Schiavone; and nephew, Camden Schiavone (of North Carolina).
A memorial service will be held in the chapel at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 1:00pm with Chaplain Shane Satterfield officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to The McIntosh High School Wrestling Program.
