Kenny was born to the late Harry and Helen Knight Jerome in Buffalo, NY on October 23, 1947. He graduated from Russell High School in East Point, GA. He served in the US Marines during Vietnam. He earned a National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (1st Award), Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, and Vietnam Campaign Medal. In 1969, he received another Good Conduct Medal (2nd Award).
Kenny is survived by his brother, Norman Jerome; his niece, Beverly Henson; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
A visitation will be held in the Rose Room from 9:30am-11:00am on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA .
Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm with military honors at Georgia Memorial National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, GA 30114 .
