The fourth of six children, Janiece was born to Jim and Barbara Picard on July 6, 1955 in Conneaut, OH. She is survived by her sisters Patricia Meeker and Suzette Picard and her brothers Jerry Picard and Bob Picard, all of Ohio.
She married her beloved husband David Bennett on February 8, 1975, and they raised two loving daughters, Lisa Sudduth of Newnan, GA and Julie Kunes of Georgetown, SC. Her eight grandchildren, Ty, Jordan, Robert, Lillian, Samuel, Mary Ellen, Thad and Isaac were one of her greatest joys in life.
She passed on a legacy of faith to her family and friends, spending a lifetime of shining the light of Jesus to all she met. She gave everything she had to everyone she knew. Her acts of kindness, from directing a soup kitchen for ten years to baking for her neighbors daily, were her greatest gifts.
A Celebration of Life will be held at SouthCrest Church in Newnan, GA on Sunday, February 11 at 3 p.m. with a Visitation from 2:30-3.
