Cheryl Ann (Staus) Penny, 51, of Sharpsburg, GA passed away suddenly on October 4, 2019. She was born in Heidelberg, Germany on April 22, 1968 to Ronald Staus and Brigitte Adams. She lived in Virginia for over 20 years before moving to Georgia. Cheryl loved visiting the beach, painting, and watching her “Cowboys” football.
Cheryl was kind and generous soul who never thought twice about helping someone in need. She was someone who could always make you laugh and she was loved by so many. She will truly be missed by all.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Jessica Penny; her parents, Ronald Staus and Brigitte Adams; her brothers, Bill Staus (Victoria) and Derek Greene (Jordan); and her grandmother, Else Cox.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 1:00pm, in the Rose Room, at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA.
