Ashley Megan Kovacs, age 35 passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024. Ashley was born in Dayton, Ohio to Michael and Lou Ann Kovacs. She loved animals from an early age. From reptiles skunks, cats, dogs, pigs, goats, raccoons, rabbits, horses you would never know what she was bringing through the door.
Ashley loved nature. She hiked parts of the Appalachian Trail and loved horseback riding, hiking, and kayaking. Ashley did contract work in many National Parks. The Grand Canyon was one of her favorite parks, but Yellowstone proved to be her heartfelt favorite. It was on a Yellowstone trip that she met and returned home with her best friend, a Great Dane she named Joker. Of course, her number one best friend was her grandpa (Pawee).
She loved adventure and decided to skydive when she turned eighteen. Since her family meant the world to her she asked her mother to skydive with her. Her mother will always cherish this great adventure she went on with Ashley. Her family knew she was dependable and loyal. Ashley was always the person her family called for doing anything fairs, festivals, rodeo, car show....game for every single thing. Ashley was always challenging herself. She was a great You tube mechanic, a builder an artist…she was able to accomplish anything she put her heart into.
Ashley will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her passing has left a void in this world for those that need a no judgement friend and a friendly smile.
