My name is Lisa Rae Anderson, I am 45 years old and I went home to be with my Lord and Savior on the beautiful day of Sept. 10, 2018.
I was born and raised in Ontario, OR. Growing up in this small town was amazing. Nothing that it is today. It was a safe enough town that as kids we played till the street lights came on. My siblings and I grew up next to a park so we had swings and teeter totters, huge sprinklers and so much more. I graduated High school in 1991 also in Ontario. Worked at Wendy old fashioned hamburgers for four years then onto Woodgrain millwork where I worked 25 years. Life was for sure cut shorter than I would have liked, But it is the Lord’s will.
To all my friends that I have met, good luck to you all, you have been treasures to me.
Still Living my Father, Joe Smith, Teacher, Mentor, Life guide. You taught me Love and respect for hunting and the outdoors. I will never forget all of our adventures together, and even though you never had to overly express yourself, you just always knew the right things to say.You taught me life lesson after life lesson. Thank you for being a strong family man to Our home. I am sure wasn’t a time I could call on you and you would not be there for me.
Still Living my Mother, Lynda Smith, passed down to me love of art. Mom you have taught me the Love of the Lord and that all is possible through him. You are a woman of patience, integrity and unselfish giving. As much as a burden cancer has been in my Life, it has given me a chance to be with you so much more. I always Loved to hear how you held out for Your baby Girl. Thank you for knowing I was number three in the list of children to be blessed to call you Mom.
Still Living my Oldest Brother, DJ Smith,
Still Living my Middle Brother, John Smith
Never thought I would get out of the pain of losing you both first. I Love you and bottom line is we will be together again. Do not let this weaken your strength in the Lord.
Still Living my Best Friend and Soul Mate Vern Anderson, I knew for sure one reason you were put in my Life was so I could endure this Hell on earth. Thank you for your everyday! Live everyday without ceasing. Please Don’t ever forget whoe we are and someday we too will be together again!
I leave behind Aunts, Uncles, Cousins some that I would consider Sisters. Nephews and Nieces. I have alredy felt the pain of losing you all one by one.
I turn my Head now to Our Lord and Savior.
Please imagine me being wrapped in his arms of unconditional Love.
Oh the Peace and undeniable Love.
Don’t grieve for me, I have only gone home.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Park Community Church 201 Holly Road, Ontario, OR with Pastor Ed Renk officiating. Condolences to Lisa’s family may be made at www.shaffer-jensenchapel.com .
