Jenny was such an amazing and funny person. I loved staying with Jamie and talking with her mom. She will be missed so much. I'm so sorry for your loss. If you ever need someone to talk to just give me a call. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. 

I first met Jenny when I would arrive early hours at Yorkland Terrace for my morning blood draws.  We became very close friends.  I loved hearing about the kids and what shenanigans were going on at work, we would laugh and before you knew it we both were way late in getting work done.  Over the years I became close to her children as well and adore all of them.  She was such a beautiful ray of sunshine.  Always smiling and a fierce love for everyone.  The world has lost an amazing woman but heaven has gained one amazing angel.

I had the privilege of working with Jenny for several years at the United Methodist Church under the leadership of Pastor Ruben Cabanillas. 
     Jenny started the ministry of providing a hot dog meal for the kids at the Pataskala Street Fair. Even Pastor Ruben was on the grill turning hot dogs.    She adopted a family at Christmas.  Some of my grandkids and Jenny's grandkids enjoyed pizza as we all wrapped the gifts,
She helped families who came to the church for assistance. by sharing the church's small food pantry.    Jenny also held church yard sales to fund her ministries.  This Bible verse describes Jenny. her light and her ministries. 
 Matthew 5:16    ".... , let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven."     Her light so shined!!!

Jenny, how do I say goodbye to such a fantastic, and beautiful friend?  I’m very thankful God got us back together after many years apart, but I do wish we did it sooner so we could have had a longer time together.  I will cherish the old memories, and the newer ones we made recently.  So, I’ll just say “until we meet again, my friend.”

Beautiful Jenny inside and out. Always with a delightful smile and quick wit.  I was a tag along little sister (Nina’s) and always wanted to be like you - living life with gusto and going after what you want. I’m so glad to have known you. I pray for peace and comfort for all who love you. 

I've been hearing a lot lately and realizing that we forget we are spirits that never die. We are so in tune with our physical selves that we overlook that amazing fact — absent in the body means present with God. So very sad for us still physically here, but rejoice in the fact that it's only for a short time.

Jenny AKA “ bonus mom”  Where do I start .. so many memories and yes a lot of shenanigans especially from childhood. Thank you for being my bonus mom and always treated me like one of your own (even chores). Rest easy - my heart goes out to all of you ❤️

Jennifer, I remember so well all the wonderful years we shared with your mom, you and your family. I am so sorry about your mom. She was such a caring and loving mom. You and your siblings have always been so close and good to her. Love

I am grieving with you all.  I've known Jenny since I was 12 years old and she married my cousin.  After the children came, my mom, Barbara Decker, always praised Jenny for being a good mom.  She said Jenny always took good care of her children.  Mom also worked several years with your Grandma Phyllis, so they were close too.

As someone who has lost a mom, dad, spouse, and grandbaby, I know the pain you all are feeling right now.  In the midst of the pain and grief, there's only One person, God, who can bring a peace through the sadness.  I pray you feel that peace during this difficult season.  I love you all very much and am so sorry for the loss of your precious mom.

We all grieve for our loss, but  it's also good to remember how wonderful it must be to live in the presence of Jesus and other loved ones who have passed.  She is beautiful and pain-free.
