Roger is survived by his wife, Candace Ellison, children, Pam Osick-Cato, Rob (Jennifer) Cingel, Roger J. (Tina) Ellison, Jodie (Jeff) Ellison, Conrad Miller, and Stephanie Miller. Roger is also survived by 11 grandchildren, brother, Sonny McKinney, sister, Carol Soucek and a host of family and friends. Roger is preceded in death by his parents, Reece and Georgia Ellison. Roger was a proud Marine, who is 3 times Purple Heart recipient, a lifetime member of the DAV and a member of the VFW. Roger loved boating, being in the outdoors and riding his Harley.
A visitation will be held at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 from 11am to 1 pm with a service to follow. An interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus, Ohio.
