Robert R. Adams Sr.

Robert R. Adams Sr., 76, of Pataskala, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born in Columbus, OH, a son to the late Roscoe Adams and Mary Louise Beaver. Bob was a lifelong resident of Jersey Township. He retired from Goodale Auto-Truck Parts Co., Inc. after several years as service manager. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Carolyn; son, Robert Adams Jr.; daughter-in-law, Cristi Lemaster Adams; beloved granddaughter, Averie Adams; sister, Mary Alice Grove (Albert); sister-in-law, Marilyn Geiger; brother-in-law, Jim Betts (Pat) and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his sister, Marjorie Jones. Bob will be remembered as someone who was always willing to help relatives, friends and neighbors. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Bret Rizzo officiating. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will follow services. The family would like to thank Dr. D’Anna Mullins and the entire oncology unit at Licking Memorial Hospital for all their care during the last few months. Special thanks to Bob’s nephew, Tom Grove (Sarah) for all his help and support, and the Masheter “guys” and Ryder Engraving friends for their encouragement and support.
