Leon Jordan

Leon Jordan, 81, of Pataskala, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital following a brief illness. He was born on January 22, 1940 in Letart Falls, OH, a son to the late Woodrow Jordan and Kathryn (Roush) Oliver. Leon was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Germany for two years in the 7th U.S. Army Headquarters. He retired from US Airways after 33 years of employment. He was also an active member and elder at Community of Christ Church in Reynoldsburg, where he served as Pastor for several years. Leon is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Terry; children, Monica and Matt (Traci); grandchildren, Josh and Jace; sister-in-law, Brenda (Kel) Weller; nieces, Jennifer (Bo) Adams and Julie (Nathan) Graybill; great-nieces, Hollyn, Faith and Noelle; great-nephew, Logan and many beloved friends. Memorial visitation will be from 1:00-1:50 p.m. on Saturday, July 24. 2021 at Community of Christ Church, 840 Rosehill Rd., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church.
