Betty Luikart

Betty L. Osborn Luikart entered Life on June 15, 1936, the daughter of Dwight and Frieda Schleiffer Osborn. Betty enjoyed playing the accordion and piano. At school assemblies she played the accordion to the delight of fellow students. In addition to graduating from Pataskala High School, she graduated from Columbus Business University where she was trained in stenotype. Betty was employed at several locations including Monarch Insurance, Bordens as secretary to the treasurer and as secretary to Dr. Jack Neely. Betty married James Luikart on August 9th, 1958. She was a member of Pataskala United Methodist Church. She is survived by husband James, daughter Linda Davis, grandchildren Drew (Kayla), Adam (Anna), and Leah (Tim) George, and great-grandson Ashbrook George. Family and friends may gather from 11am-1pm with a service to follow on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Pataskala United Methodist Church, 458 S. Main St. Pataskala, OH 43062. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Betty’s name to Missions Pataskala UMC, 458 S. Main St. Pataskala, OH 43062.
