Douglas Lester Richardson

Born in Hollister, California. At a young age Doug moved with his family to Pond, in the heart of the Central Valley. In 1977 Doug moved his wife and children to Paso Robles, where he made his home. Doug worked at Vangas/Suburban for twenty-seven years, acting as manager for twenty-four years.

Doug found his greatest joys in being with his family, absorbing the beauty of the outdoors, taking his wife for a night out to Morro Bay for fish and chips, and playing pool. He shared many hours of his life in his garage brandishing his expertly polished skills against anyone who would accept the challenge.

Preceding him in death was his daughter, Shelley Rae Krause.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon, his son, Stephen, his four grandchildren, Mary and Alex Richardson, and Brian and Patrick Yeager, and two great-grandchildren, Luke and Blake Yeager.
