"Yvonne Lucienne Cole Dabbs Rich, born March 4, 1925 in New Orleans, Louisiana, went to be with her Lord on July 7, 2021. Yvonne was loved by many and is survived by her children Daniel W. Dabbs (Sue), Janet Dabbs Sonneville (Greg), Judith Dabbs Saikley (Lou), Susan Dabbs Mallen (Wayne), and step-children Wilma Rich Fritz, Barbara Rich Blaisdell (Phil), Harriet E. Rich, Frederick S. Rich, Jr. (Julie), and Suzanne Rich Broussard (Kit), along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Preceding Yvonne in death was her husband Frederick S. Rich, Sr., parents Bruno E. Cole and Yvonne Rault Holm, and her sister Marie-Louise Brown.
Services will be Wednesday, July 14th, at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. with reception during that time. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m.
Yvonne loved flowers so flowers are welcome, but she was also a strong supporter of St. Jude’s Children Hospital and of the Salvation Army."
