Ruben Wayne Soto, 54, passed away May 31, 2014 in Baytown, Texas. He was born July 17, 1959 in Victoria, Texas to Richard and Felice R. Soto. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Jeffery R. Soto and wife Amy; sisters, Yolanda D. Huerta and husband Amador and Debbie J Blankenship and husband Lynn and 3 nephews and 1 niece.
