Survived by her brother, Joseph Martinez; children: Carlos Lucio, Elida Vasquez, Pablo Martinez (spouse Sandra Martinez), Rafael Martinez, Jr., and Bertha Bernal (spouse Heriberto Bernal); 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Rosa will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A rosary will occur Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 901 Main, Pasadena, TX 77506. A funeral service will occur Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 2405 Navigation Blvd, Houston, TX 77003. A committal service will occur Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Brookside Memorial Funeral Home, Crematory and Cemetery, 13401 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039.
