Perry Neal Foster, Jr. passed away December 1, 2014. He was born on May 28, 1971 to Patricia Ann and Perry Neal Foster, Sr. Perry is survived by his parents; sisters, Leesa Foster and Karen Foster; daughter, Falyn Foster; grandmother, Inez Foster; aunt, Jackie Arnold; uncle, Ronnie Foster; best friend, Keith Wagner; and his beloved poodle, Precious.
A private memorial service was held on December 3, 2014.
Perry attended South Houston High School, San Jacinto Junior College and University of Houston, where he was an outstanding athlete. He was a member of the NFL Alumni Association and very active in numerous charities benefiting needy children.
