Paul McPherson

Paul McPherson, age 78 of Pasadena, Texas went on to glory on August 31, 2011. He was born on Sept. 14, 1932 in Lawton, Oklahoma, the son of the late Dee and Hilda McPherson. Paul was the beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth McPherson for 61 years. Paul will be forever remembered by his sons and daughters-in-law, Don & Janise McPherson of DeKalb, TX; Steve and Deborah McPherson of Deer Park, TX; and Charles & Sherry McPherson of Houston, TX. He is also survived by his treasured grandchildren Jason McPherson, Jeff McPherson and wife Jennifer, John McPherson, Amanda McPherson Crowell and husband Lance and Beverly McPherson Bardwell and husband Bobby; many great grandchildren and a host of family and friends including his brother John McPherson and wife Barbara, and sisters June Contino and Pauline Bone and husband Kenneth. Paul attended Lawton High School and was a refrigeration/air conditioning repairman. He was a member of Center Street Baptist Church in Deer Park and the South Houston Masonic Lodge, No. 1295. Visitation will be Friday, September 2, 2011 from 6PM to 8PM at Forest Park East Funeral Home 21620 Gulf Freeway in Webster, Texas 77598. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 3PM in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
