Patsy Barnes

Patsy Nell Barnes, 76, of Pasadena, Texas passed away Monday, January 25, 2021. Patsy was born May 30, 1944 in Brownfield, Texas to Charles Addis Bullard and Lily Gladys Bullard. She married Olen Leon Barnes in 1962 in Abilene, Texas while Leon served in the US Airforce. They shared 58 years of marriage.

She is survived by her son Curtis Leon Barnes, daughters Metechia Gay Woolsey and Elizabeth Danielle Taylor, sisters Sharon Gifford and Yvonne Day, grandchildren Michael Barnes, Savanah Savelsbergh, Tory Davis, Amanda Barnes, Christi Rynerson, Tiffany Utley, Corey Barnes, Brad Barnes, Justin Dean Brittain, Robert Wesley Woolsey, and Bailey Kerrington Woolsey along with many nieces and nephews and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Russell Lan Barnes, and her brother Charles Bullard.

A Celebration of Patsy’s Life will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, 10:00am at Watters Road Church of Christ located 3616 Watters Rd, Pasadena, TX 77504. Private graveside services will be held at Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Houston, Texas. No visitation is planned.
