Patrick Mark Hayes, of Deer Park, TX, went to be with The Lord and our parents on December 31, 2021. Stricken with Polio when only 6 months old, he overcame many obstacles to have an amazing life. He was a graduate of South Houston High School and the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Intrigued by electronics at a young age, he went on to have a fulfilling career in the IT Industry.
Mark had a deep appreciation for the music of the Beatles, all aspects of Star Trek, and he was also a proud volunteer at NASA after retiring, from Quaker State/Penzoil. He will be missed by the many he touched, especially our friends at the Texas Bay Area Polio Survivors. He is preceded in death by parents, Pat and Doris Hayes of Pasadena and his survivors include brother, James, and cousin, Judy; several relatives and many dear friends.
