Ofelia C. Garcia went to be with her Lord and Savior in her new Heavenly Home on March 7, 2013, in Houston, TX, at the age of 81. She was born on November 8, 1931, in Pasadena, TX, to Pedro and Ricarda Camarillo. Ofelia was a resident of Pasadena, TX and a member of La Roca Pentecostal Church. She was a homemaker and worked in retail at Joske's and enjoyed spending time with her family. Ofelia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Garcia, Jr.; 4 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by her sons, William A. Garcia and wife Elvira and Albert J. Garcia; daughters, Felma J. Rios and husband Antonio, Geraldine F. Washington and Debra Garcia; sister, Enedina Cavazos; 20 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren and numerous loving family members and friends.
The family will recieve friends on Tusday, March 12, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. In the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Grand VIew Memorial Park.
