Nick Rodriguez

Nick was a strong and brave young man who survived a battle with childhood leukemia. During his leukemia treatment, he discovered his strong passion for music and tennis. This led him to become a cellist studying music therapy at Sam Houston State University in hopes of helping others who may be going through similar trials that he had experienced. Nick always lit up a room with his sense of humor and easy going personality.

Nick loved to spend his time with those he loved. He would make the time to have outdoor adventures with his girlfriend, play his favorite video games with friends, and spend quality time with his family. It was during these times that Nick found peace and solace. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed. Nick is survived by his three siblings, Lucy, Sergio, and Roman Rodriguez.
