She is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Anderson
Kathy is survived by her mother, Valeria Groff Anderson, two brothers John Anderson and Mark Anderson & wife Alicia; two uncles, Jerry Groff and Wayne Anderson & wife Jaleen Clifton; aunt Theresa Manlove & husband Bill. Kathy is also survived by her step grandmother Aiko Anderson and two nieces Ashley Anderson and Kaiya Rife; one nephew Ian Anderson; her two dogs Elliot and Ollie, and her extended family members and friends.
Kathy graduated from San Jacinto College and the University of Houston with a degree in English Literature. Kathy completed 23 years in the field of education. In her spare time, Kathy enjoyed sewing, reading, and shopping for her classroom. She especially loved attending the Renaissance Festival.
A Funeral Mass will take place at 12 PM on Saturday, February 29th, 202 at St. Pius Catholic Church at 824 S. Main St., Pasadena, TX 77506.
