James you were my one and only true love since I was 20 years old.  You gave me two beautiful children and the best in life.  Things weren’t always easy over the next 37 years but we made it work and you Never once said I couldn’t have anything. You made sure we had  we needed.  You were an amazing husband, father and papaw.  You were my rock and always told me it would be ok.  I wish I could have said the say to you. I LOVE you with everything I am and you are so missed every day.  Remember my love for you and listen to my voice because I talk to you everyday. Several times a day. Our hearts are with the Sullivan Family as well as all of those at Schumacher Company who mourn the passing of such a nice guy.  The last time we were with him was in Palm Springs, CA at the NASF Leadership Conference a few years ago.  He and his lovely wife were sitting with us around the fire pit at the home-away-from-home of Greta Garbo.  We always thought we would see him again at one of these conferences.  We will never forget that evening.  May peace be with all who knew and loved him and may fond memories help to ease your sorrow.

I am a vendor to Schumacher and only knew James as a customer.  Being a tech service rep I had limited contact with James, but every time I went in, he would greet me as an old friend, invite me into his office and swap stories, although, I must admit, he did most of the talking. I always felt comfortable around him and learned a great deal about plating from my visits with him.  He will be surely missed by all.  My most sincere condolences to his family.  I am keeping him in my daily prayers.

Dear Mrs. James Sullivan ,

I am shocked to hear the unexpected untimely and sudden demise of James. I interacted with him during last 6 years at Schumacher Companies as a consultant and found him to be kind hearted, gentle and a warm behavior person . We will miss him dearly . We pray to God that his soul rests in peace .

Madam, time is the best healer. I pray that God gives all of you strength to bear this unbearable loss.

I am sad to hear of James passing away. I first came to know James when I used to call on him while he was the Plant Manager at Bales Metal Surface Solutions near Chicago, and then again when he joined the NASF Board. James was a nice and kind gentleman with a cool temperament . We thank him for his service to our association and the Metal Finishing Industry at large.

I am sad to hear about James passing. I always enjoyed working with him on the NASF board of directors. His insights and contributions were welcomed by me and his fellow peers. I will miss seeing James and my sympathy to his family and friends.  Rick Delawder
