Stonewall “Jack” Jackson Fields, 88, was born on November 28, 1922 and peacefully answered his Lord’s call on July 23, 2011, in Pasadena, TX. Jack was a very successful and well known builder in the 1950’s and 60’s. He was a gentle and sentimental man. Jack was so grateful for kind and thoughtful neighbors who kept a sharp eye out for him. Jack is preceded by his parents, Edgar and Jennie Fields and his high school sweetheart, Faybelle Fields, of 68 years. He is survived by his sister, Winnie Lensen; niece, Diane Rhodus and husband Ed; cousin, Mike Fields and family; devoted caregivers, Nancy, Mona, Mary, Dolores, Barb and Deb. Chapel service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
