Ian Bradley Vincent, 31, died at Redgate Beach in Margaret River, Australia on December 8, 2012. He was born March 16, 1981 in Austin, Texas to Mark and Vicky Vincent. Ian was a 1999 graduate of Lutheran High Schoool in Dallas. He graduated from Colorado State University in 2003, then completed a medical degree at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale in 2009. He was a fourth year resident in anesthesiology at University of Washington, Seattle. Ian was an avid fitness enthusiast. He played hockey on the CSU team, loved informal sports with friends, snowboarding and climbing. He had a heart for helping the unfortunate and had completed medical mission trips to Guatemala, Ecuador and most recently Nepal. His biggest passion was family and friends, always going the extra mile to stay in touch, to make sure everyone was alright and making jokes to put things in a lighter state of mind. Ian was a strong and bright presence in the lives of those who knew him. He will be missed terribly. He is survived by his mother Vicky, his brother Peter, stepfather Brad, grandparents Pat and Verlon Bradley, Jacqueline Vincent and Miriam Campbell. A memorial service will be held at Grand View Funeral Home in Pasadena, Texas.
