Glenn H. Pitts, lifelong resident of Pasadena, was born August 16, 1924 and passed away March 21, 2015 in his home. Glenn was co-owner of Pitts Furniture Co. for over 40 years with his brother Charles.
He is survived by wife Kathleen of Pasadena, son Glenn H. Pitts, Jr. of Houston, Sister Thelma Lois Hurley of Pasadena, sister-in-law Jo and husband Paul Dickerson, Lubbock, sister-in-law Bonetta Pitts of Pasadena and numerous nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by parents B.H. and Mamie Pitts, Brothers Charles and Wesley Pitts, sisters Naomi Akridge and Julia Towles. Glenn was a member of South Avenue Baptist Church of Pasadena.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 1 P.M. at Grand View Funeral Home in Pasadena, Texas with a Funeral service beginning at 2:00 P.M. Dr. Royce Measures will be officiating.
