Gilbert (Marty) Greenlee was born in Rockwood, TN on December 15, 1959 and passed away unexpectedly September 15, 2014 at his residence in Clear Lake, TX. Marty was a devoted Christian and Father. His first two loves were God and his daughter, Paciance, and then his family. Marty enjoyed life to its fullest battling each breath through his entire life due to his heart defect from birth. He loved to read (especially the bible), going to church with his daughter, fishing, scuba diving, cruises, sightseeing, bike riding, and any time at all he could spend with his daughter. He is preceded in death by his Father, Gilbert (Isaac) Greenlee; Barry Craven, whom he considered his father; and all his Grandparents. He is survived by his daughter, Paciance Greenlee; Mother, Janie Craven; Sister, Kimmy Johnson; Niece, Tiffany Johnson; Nephew, Aaron Johnson; Great-Niece, Juliana Johnson, Aunt, Shirley Williams (Fred); Uncle, Jack Delozier (Lori); and numerous Cousins.
Funeral Services for Gilbert (Marty) Greenlee will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Grand View Funeral Home, with visitation held from 2:00 P.M. until service time. Services will be officiated By Pastor Jerry Orr.
