George Congress Garza, of Houston, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021. George was born March 4, 1954 in Houston, Texas.
George is survived by sister Isabel Capitan, brother Les Garza, brother Aluz Garza and sister Venuz Penilla. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Francisca (Quintanilla) Garza; one sister, Francis Garza Vandenburg.
