George Hinojosa Garcia, was born on February 22, 1950, a birthday he shared with our first president and founding father George Washington. Though he wasn't the founding father of a great nation he was the founding father of a great family of four whom he helped raise and worked his finger to the bone to provide for. He breathed his last breath on November 13, 2014 losing his battle of over ten years with a neurodegenerative genetic disorder known as "Huntingtons" and dying at the age of 64. He is survived by his spouse, Maria Delores Garcia of 40 years, his family of four children, and 6 grandchildren all of whom he loved tremendously. He will be remembered as a family man who always longed to have his family members near. Funeral Services will be Monday, November 17, 2014 at 3PM in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home.
