Frank dedicated 35 years of his life to serving the City of Pasadena before retiring. In addition to his public service, he was the proud owner of Los Nopalitos, a beloved family restaurant in the community.
Pancho found joy in gardening, cooking, and tinkering with cars, hobbies that reflected his zest for life and his commitment to his passions.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olivia Camarillo Espinoza, and his son, Richard Espinoza.
Pancho is survived by his daughters, Susana Acosta, Alicia Chennault, and Rebecca Morales, as well as his brothers, Victor Espinoza and Lee Espinoza, and his sisters, Paula Briones and Rosie Avilez. He leaves behind a legacy in his 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous friends who will cherish his memory dearly.
Frank Garcia Espinoza will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his community, and his passions. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A family visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, May 30, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grand View Funeral Home & Memorial Park/Bethany Cemetery, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. A family and friend gathering will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 9:00 AM, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. A a celebration of life will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 10:00 AM, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena, Texas 77505. An interment at grand view memorial park will occur Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
