Fidel loved to deer hunt, fish and camp every year. He also enjoyed watching western movies, or working outside while listening to some of his favorite music. Fidel will always be remembered for his funny stories and witty attitude. He loved always telling his grandchildren fun stories of the past.
Fidel is preceded in death by his wife Branlia “Betty" Reyna, his mother Elisa Reyna, his father Fidel Reyna Sr. and his Baby brother Nicanor Reyna.
He is survived by his daughters and their families. Lupe and Jim Alvarez, Theresa Smith, Lucy Reyna, Betty Ann and Randy Martinez and Cassie and Jesse Martinez. Also survived by his 12 loving grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by his brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews. Fidel was loved and treasured by those fortunate enough to have him touch their life in so many ways.
A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 5-8PM with a rosary at 6:30PM. A service of celebration will be Friday, January 12, 2018 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Grand View Funeral Home with burial to follow at Grand View Memorial Park.
