Deborah Lynn Denny, 64, passed away on September 19, 2020 in Pasadena, Texas. Deborah was born on October 31, 1955 in Orrville, Ohio to parents Charles and Marceil Kaufman. She attended Orrville High School and went on to become an LVN. She worked in Long Term Care Facilities and retired in 2018 after 44 years. Through the years Deborah had lived in Orrville, OH., San Antonio, TX., Baton Rouge, LA., Seabrook, TX. and Deer Park TX.
Deborah enjoyed taking care of her dog, Dexter, attending concerts, Astro’s games, riding in convertibles and relaxing on the beach or by a pool. Some of her favorite songs included, Taking You Home by Don Henley, Color My World by Chicago, Just The Way It Is by Rembrandts, Better Than A Hallejuah by Amy Grant and One Day At A Time by Joe Walsh. Deborah’s proudest moments were obtaining her LVN Degree and giving birth to her children.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Marceil Kaufman. She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Thomas Denny; Daughters, Twylla Hisaw and Katrina Harbour and husband John; Son, Dakota Denny and wife Heather; Siblings, Pamela Walentik, Diana Eaton and husband Ray, Randy Kaufman and wife Ramona, Tina Weber and husband Joe; Grandchildren, John Harbour III, Emma Harbour, Cody Dorries, Katelyn Dorries and Hannah Barney; Previous spouses, Kenneth Hisaw and Jesse Watkins as well as dear friends, Elizabeth Wessel, Trena Andreason and Kim “BooBoo” Mehegan.
A Memorial Service will be held at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy. Pasadena, TX. 77505 on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. Family will welcome guests from 12:00 P.M. To 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Deborah’s name to Compassion International or Deer Park United Methodist Church.
