Curtis Ray Adams, 67, of Pasadena, TX passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 after a long illness. He was born on November 1, 1946 in Carthage, Texas and was the son of Marvin and Grace Adams. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, his son Curtis, and two sisters. Curtis is survived by his wife of 47 years, Viva, daughter, Tammy, and granddaughter, Brittany, and numerous other family members. Curtis' 35 year career as a police officer began with the Pasadena Police Department and ended as a Pct. 8 Constable. Visitation will be from 11:30-12:30 on Monday, April 7, 2014, with services beginning at 12:30 PM at the Grand View Funeral Home in Pasadena, Texas. Interment will follow the services in the Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery.
