Fran and Diana, very sorry for your loss also.  Cant imagine that loss but my dad is 86 and his time will come soon.  We pray for me each day to see him the next much like you do. Diana and family, we are so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one is so, so very difficult to go through. Eventually it becomes a grief that is, although still a weight to bear, more manageable as you sort out your emotions, memories and thoughts. I only knew Carl for a few months, but I've heard stories about him for several years from Diana.  Never have I heard a negative thing said about him..... just about his smile, his laughter, his love of the outdoors, and his love for Judy and his daughters.  
   
The people on earth who loved him have a special angel to help protect them now.  He's health and free of pain and that is good.  I bet he's smiling right now.

Daddy....... I miss you so very much. You were the best daddy a daughter could ever ask for. Thank you for everything that you have ever done for me, the vacations, the parks, the lessons you taught us, but most of all for being a good example of what a parent should be. I hope that someday Carter will thank me for being a good parent and I can tell him I learned from the best. I am Sooo sad that I will not have one more chance to go to the battleship with you or the park or to feed the ducks. I wished that I had just one more day with you happy, healthy and whole. But I know that you are now happy, healthy and whole in heaven and that brings me comfort. I love you soooo much daddy. Until I see you again......

Mr. C was an incredible man, always so kind to me and always willing to help anyone who needed it.  I was truly heartbroken to hear this news.  Praying for you Mrs. Couchman, and Kyle, and all of your family.

Aunt Judy & Couchman family-Sorry that we will not be able to attend the viewing or the services. Uncle Carl was a wonderful person. He was very quiet, but when he did say something-it sure did make a lot of sense & made you think.

Judy, Carl was such a wonderful man and friend to so many of us.  We truly share your loss.  You and Carl are in my thoughts and prayers.

Carl, you were always there when we looked around for you, quiet, non-controversial, patient and likeable. You gave your efforts to support our PHS events (during our time as students there and later as Alumni) until dementia slowed you down. However, you still maintained your smile and twinkle in your eyes. We will miss you....R.I.P. Carl.
