Candido Ramirez worked for the City of Texas City for 10 years. Before his time with the city, he was a dedicated contractor, specializing in new home construction and remodeling older homes, including painting and various construction projects, throughout his long career.
Candido Ramirez had a passion for working on cars, especially older vehicles, and loved rebuilding them. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and being around people, always making them laugh. There was nothing he couldn’t do, and he cherished being with his family, friends, and loved ones.
Candido Ramirez was preceded in death by his son, Mark Ramirez, his daughter, (Lisa) Elizabeth Ramirez Garcia, as well as his mother, father, and his brothers and sisters.
Candido Ramirez is survived by his wife, Rebecca Ramirez; his daughter, Christina Belter-Moss; son-in-law Bryan Moss; his grandchildren, Benito Garcia, Jr., Aidan Belter, Alec Belter, Elizabeth Ramirez, Sarah Ramirez, and Mark Anthony Ramirez; as well as his loving brothers and sisters.
