GILL, Ronald CoreyPassed away on October 21, 2012, with his loving wife, Annette by his side, fighting with a strong heart to the bitter end. Ron is survived by his sons: Jim Gill (Renae), Michael Gill (Melanie), Corey Allen (Molly), Kyle Gill, daughters: Crystal Doucette (Mike), Amanda Allen, grandchildren: Dax, Jennifer, Tanner, Davis, Janae, Ashton, Ryley, Brianna, Lila and the boys, also great-grandchildren: Bella and Dax. Ron was born in the heyday of Central Lake, on September 25, 1953. He spent his whole life working for Rayner & Bracht and often for J.W. Berry. Ron had many friends who he cherished and loved like family. For most of Ron’s life he lived to work, but near the end, he learned to balance his work life and the family he loved. The doctors said he died of organ failure, but his family strongly believed he died of a broken heart, due to the cancellation of the 2012 – 2013 NHL season…. Thanks GB !!! The funeral will be held at the Steel Workers Union Hall, 4904 Montrose Street, on Saturday, October 27, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM
