I was very sad to hear of the passing of Rae. She was such a beautiful person, both inside and out. As I get older I feel somewhat diminished each time a friend passes. I feel this even more so with Rae. May she rest in peace.

My condolences to all of Rae’s people - family and friends. It was a joy to work alongside Rae. She was so clever, always one of the first to understand new technology and processes when she worked at Camosun College. During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Rae was a key member of the amazing Carey Rod Campus student services team. I relied heavily on her intelligent approach to our work, and her commitment to student success. Faculty, staff and students all loved Rae - her beautiful smile and sparkling eyes helped make our workplace special.
